Advanced EyeCare & Contact Lens Center - St. Charles

It's hard to get good help in owosso. Julie filled in one day at owosso and she helped with adjusting my old glasses and gave me some ideas for my new pair. Week later I went to cheasning to look for a new pair of glasses. Julie happen to be filling in for someone that day. So she she was helping me find pair of glasses. I have a narrow face so she suggested looking in the kids section. We found a pair. Julie is one of the nicest and helpful employee. She works in st charles. Highly recommended. Thank you again for your help. Glasses fit GREAT.

I have been a long term patient of Dr. Duryea and now Dr. Wicke at Advanced EyeCare over the past 45 years. They have provided fantastic care. All support staff are great too, highly recommend!!!

I've been a patient at Advanced EyeCare in St. Charles for 10+ years. I had my yearly visit yesterday and as usual, I was greeted by the friendly ladies at the front desk. The big difference for me yesterday was seeing Dr. Wicke for the first time. I was so impressed with how thorough she was with my exam. She recommended some products to help with my dry eyes and also my itchy eyes due to allergies. Last year I tried bifocal contact lenses and they were awful. I told her about my experience and she gave me a trial of a different bifocal contact and one day later I'm absolutely amazed; I can see again! I'm so grateful to Dr. Wicke for taking her time with me and explaining everything. I recommend her and all the staff. Thank you!!

Walking in, I was greeted right away with smiles and help. Such a positive energy in the office, and the staff seem to really enjoy their job! I saw Dr. Autumn for the first time, and she's so full of energy and so thoroughly explains everything so that I understood what she was looking at, what she saw, and why she was doing what she was doing. I don't think I've ever been so informed about my eyes! Also a very helpful suggestion of making sure I blink along with using eyedrops to guard against dry eyes because of how much time I spend in front of a computer screen. And here I thought my issue was my crazy allergies... Definitely looking forward to seeing her at next year's visit! My insurance covers exams and lenses every year, but frames only every two years, and I wasn't pressured AT ALL to buy anything yet. (But at least I have a current exam if my current glasses break!) Extremely happy with my first visit with Dr. Autumn!

My wife and I both like Dr. Autumn very much she very professional and explains everything so you can understand what she is doing. And the staff are also very helpful.

The staff is competent and professional but also seem to enjoy their jobs and convey that to their patients. I felt relaxed & respected in their office. Dr. Autumn is fantastic and explains everything so well!
